The rules for using dindom as a buyer, merchant, or affiliate. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

What dindom is
dindom is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent merchants and sellers. dindom facilitates the promotion and purchase, but is not the seller of products listed by third parties, except when indicated as our own official store.
Registration and account
You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activities carried out on your account. We may require identity verification to prevent fraud.
dindom's role
We provide the platform and the means for search, payment, and communication. The purchase-and-sale relationship takes place between you and the merchant. Each merchant is responsible for its products, prices, inventory, delivery, and legal and tax obligations.
User obligations
By using dindom, you agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
- Not commit fraud, abuse coupons/coins, or manipulate reviews.
- Not post illegal or offensive content, or content that violates the rights of third parties.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of dindom and of third parties.
Merchant obligations
The merchant warrants that it has the right to sell the listed products, that the descriptions are truthful, and that it will meet delivery deadlines, warranties, and consumer legislation. dindom may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and in-app coins
Payments are processed by integrated providers; the merchant may use dindom's gateway or its own. In-app coins are a promotional benefit: they can only be earned (never purchased), have an expiration date, and have no cash-withdrawal value. We may adjust the program rules with notice.
Prohibited conduct and suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or risk to the security of the platform and its users, with or without prior notice where the law permits.
Warranties and liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dindom is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform; consumer rights provided by law remain preserved.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country. We may update them; continued use after changes means agreement. Contact: juridico@dindom.app.
